How we support your Symmetrix & Symmetrix DMX System.

We take a proactive approach in maintaining your Symmetrix System. Once we receive your support confirmation, one of our CE’s will contact you and assist you in downloading our communication software from our FTP site.

We then dial/log into your system and look over the hardware log file to get your component part number breakdown. With this log information, we then determine the spares required, and prepare the spares for shipment. The spares are packed separately & clearly marked with a description and part number for easy identification. As spare components are used, replacements are shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS.

With communication to the system set-up and the spares on-site, we can now monitor the Symmetrix for any error detection generated by the system. Upon any errors, faults, or environment temperature changes, our tech center will notify you and advise you that a component is failing and will need to be changed. Our experienced Symmetrix CE’s will either assist you in changing the component, or if a site visit is required, we will come on-site to make the correction.
